Responsibilities

• Implement planning and scheduling practices in line with company procedures, supporting the Project Controls Manager and the team.
• Develop and maintain planning control structures aligned with the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Monitor and manage planning activities throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and third parties to ensure up-to-date awareness of project activities, status, and impacts on schedules and manpower.
• Assess and communicate the schedule impact of change notifications.
• Track overall project progress, monitor achievement of key milestones, and analyze performance against planned targets.
• Attend project progress and performance review meetings as required.
• Contribute to schedule risk analysis when necessary.
• Ensure all project schedules are fully logic-linked, displaying the critical path and total float for all activities.
• Prepare regular progress and monthly reports, including program analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

Formal competences:

• Excellent written and spoken English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Construction Industry, including at least 5 years in planning roles.
• Strong expertise in both manual and computerized project planning and scheduling techniques.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Experience with Primavera Cloud and PMP Certification is considered a plus.
