Zinzino, one of the world’s fastest-growing direct-sales companies in personalized nutrition, is looking for a highly organized Project Manager – Video, Printed & Digital Materials to join our Global Marketing team.

In this role, you will be part of an international, high-performing group committed to delivering meaningful communication to our customers and distributors worldwide. You will drive the production and localization of high-quality content for our 100+ markets. From video adaptation and AI-driven content workflows to printed sales assets and digital presentations, you will be the orchestrator ensuring that all materials are polished, consistent, and ready for 25+ international markets.

What You Will Do

Create Local Relevance at Global Scale

• Lead the localization of all videos, digital, and printed materials in 25+ languages.
• Ensure every market receives content that feels polished, trustworthy, and culturally relevant.
• Work closely with our in-house design and content production teams, as well as external partners.

Bring Our Brand Stories to Life Through Video

• Project-lead new video productions from concept to global delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and suppliers - ensuring a smooth production journey for everyone involved.
• Deliver the English master and all localized versions on time for launches and campaigns.

Elevate Our Digital & Printed Assets

• Manage updates to global presentations, toolkits, and digital materials.
• Oversee the production of brochures, flyers, roll-ups, and printed marketing assets.
• Ensure all materials reflect our brand, our science, and our commitment to quality.

Strengthen Our Asset Ecosystem

• Upload and maintain videos, presentations, and printed materials in our digital asset systems.
• Act as the main contact for our DAM provider, ensuring the platform evolves with our needs.
• Support our global community with accurate, accessible, up-to-date materials.

Who You Are

You are calm, structured, and solution-oriented—even when juggling multiple deadlines. You love working across cultures and time zones, and you have a natural ability to keep people aligned and projects moving forward.

• A structured, solution-oriented project manager with 5+ years of experience in multi-language content production, ideally from an advertising, media, or translation agency.
• Skilled in using AI tools for content adaptation (voice-over, subtitles, localization workflows).
• A natural coordinator with strong communication, stakeholder-management abilities and a “we can solve this” attitude..
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines with precision and calm.
• Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are a plus.
• Skilled in MS Office and Acrobat; experience with InDesign or Photoshop is an advantage.
