You'll be part of our Core Technologies Server Analytics team-responsible for shaping the future of Axis's long-term capabilities in image and video analysis. We are a diverse group of individuals with different backgrounds and experiences, working closely in a warm, collaborative environment.

What Will You Do as a Project Manager?

As a Project Manager, you'll join a technically strong team that values personal development and teamwork. We work with the latest technologies in video analytics algorithms, software development, AI, and computer vision.

In this role, you'll play a key part in planning and driving our innovative algorithm development at the forefront of research-helping us deliver production-ready, high-quality systems.

Who Are We Looking For?

You're someone who genuinely cares about your team, always finding ways to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing. As a project leader, you thrive on guiding and motivating others, and you embrace the agile methodologies we use in our projects. You're structured, communicative, and driven by supporting, challenging, and growing your team.

We're looking for someone with experience in:

• Planning, organizing, and ensuring that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and in scope.
• Managing resources, documentation, and project follow-up.
• Actively sharing knowledge across projects and teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with engineers, fellow project managers, line managers, steering groups, and product owners to ensure project success.
• Working closely with teams developing video analytics algorithms and software-spanning both deep learning and traditional computer vision.
• Most likely, you have an MSc in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
