Assignment Overview

Volvo Energy is in the midst of a major ERP transformation, centered around the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics. With the analysis phase completed and Dynamics Sales CRM already in operation, the focus now shifts toward the integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Pagero, and Medius. These systems will form a crucial part of the company's digital infrastructure, supporting operations in sales, procurement, invoicing, and accounting.

As the current project manager prepares to exit before the summer, we are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to step in and lead the team through the critical implementation phase, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and a successful go-live by October 1, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over full leadership of the ERP transformation project and integrate into the existing project governance model.
• 
  
• Maintain project momentum, ensuring timely delivery against the fixed go-live deadline.
• 
  
• Coordinate across workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT) and external system integrators.
• 
  
• Resolve operational and strategic project issues as they arise.
• 
  
• Ensure that solutions align with Volvo Energy’s evolving business and operational requirements.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Drive disciplined change management and risk mitigation throughout the implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience leading ERP implementation projects in large, complex organizations.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and integrations with platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Pagero, and Medius.

• Deep knowledge of sales, procurement, and finance processes in an ERP context.

• Strong project governance, risk management, and delivery execution skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.

• Ability to align and manage diverse teams and processes under tight deadlines.
