Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Execute medium-sized customer or internal projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations
• Secure customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, and target fulfilment while driving financial results
• Lead the project team by defining guidelines, allocating tasks, and motivating both internal and external resources to achieve project milestones
• Provide clear performance feedback and guidance to allocated project resources
• Manage negotiations with suppliers and customer representatives, including handling deviations and claims
• Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, and schedule commitments

What you bring

• Certified Project Manager with PMP® certification from PMI or IPMA Level C/D, or equivalent qualification
• At least three years of proven experience managing projects of varying size, complexity, and contractual types
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or another technical degree with 10–15 years of relevant work experience
• Strong track record in project execution, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
