Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead the global delivery of IT equipment services, ensuring performance against contractual commitments on cost, volume, and quality.
• Manage evolving business needs and translate them into effective service delivery.
• Act as the primary interface with global IT hardware suppliers for phones, tablets, computers, monitors, and related equipment.
• Drive initiatives and projects within the End User IT Equipment Services area to continuously improve the digital workplace experience.

What you bring

• University or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-user services within the digital workplace area.
• Strong knowledge of IT equipment delivery (mobile devices, tablets, computers, and peripherals).
• Experience with IT service management, ideally with ServiceNow.
• Background in ITIL practices (SIAM knowledge is an advantage).
• Proven ability to steer projects and analyze business requirements.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong service and business orientation with negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and open-minded with a natural ability to engage stakeholders.
