Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead – Splunk UBA to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead and coordinate implementation activities for a new User Behavior Analytics (UBA) solution on the Splunk platform
• Manage configuration tasks in collaboration with the team to fine-tune tool results
• Coordinate and guide the project team throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Handle project administration, including timelines, reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal technical and security stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity goals
• Enhance use cases, improve tool usage, and contribute to the organization’s ongoing security initiatives

What you bring

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Track Lead with strong coordination and administrative skills
• Hands-on experience with the Splunk platform, with deep knowledge of Splunk and UBA highly desirable
• Strong ability to work independently and drive tasks to successful completion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in cybersecurity, SIEM, or threat detection projects is an advantage
• Experience in banking, finance, or other highly regulated industries is a plus
