Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Product Development (Automotive) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead product development projects within R&D, ensuring alignment with both market and legal requirements
• Drive project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders across multiple forums
• Report project status, risks, and progress to steering groups and management forums
• Manage deviations and risks proactively, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place
• Facilitate and lead meetings, ensuring clear decisions, follow-ups, and accountability
• Act as a central contact point within the project office, coordinating across functions and organizational levels
• Contribute to a collaborative development environment that enables successful delivery of complex projects

What you bring

• At least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record as a main project manager in product development projects
• Strong background in leading complex, cross-functional projects within R&D environments
• Experience in construction or engineering work is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to move seamlessly across different organizational levels
• Proven ability to manage risks, resolve deviations, and maintain project stability under pressure
• A driven and confident personality with the ability to build and maintain a wide professional network
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and coordinate project teams in a dynamic and intensive environment
