Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Conduct dialogues with clients and users to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain solutions in ServiceNow based on requirements.
• Create and manage data to support prioritization and decision-making.
• Continuously communicate status, progress, and updates to stakeholders.
• Test and verify solutions to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
• Deploy new solutions and manage existing ServiceNow applications and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption of solutions.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in software development and solution management.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow and its modules.
• Proficiency in Glidescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Engine, and UI Builder.
• Knowledge of data management and solution deployment in ServiceNow.
• Experience in developing both standard products and custom applications within ServiceNow.
• Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes and ability to apply process improvements in other business domains (e.g., HR, Security, Finance & Accounting).
• Experience with integrations using standard and custom APIs.
• Ability to manage smaller development initiatives and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
