Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Specialist – Test Vehicles and Manual Rigs to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Perform software updates and configure test vehicles to meet testing requirements
• Troubleshoot installation issues, collect logs, and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
• Manage bookings for vehicle repairs and coordinate transport when required
• Work hands-on with hardware and software integration in vehicles (no coding required)
• Assemble manual test rigs by installing ECU hardware, updating software, and verifying functionality
• Troubleshoot and rework wiring in test rigs as needed
• Prioritize tasks based on material availability and vehicle update demands
• Participate in planning meetings, backlog refinement, and prioritization activities with stakeholders
• Handle incoming support requests, provide regular updates, and raise issues when necessary
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and practices within the team

What you bring

• Professional experience in the automotive industry
• Swedish driver’s license (B-level or higher)
• Ability to work on-site in Gothenburg 100%
• For junior profiles: approximately 1–2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, test environments, or software installation
• For mid-level profiles: 3–5 years of experience, preferably in automotive testing, system integration, or hardware/software environments
• Ability to work methodically with planning tools and prioritization frameworks
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows tools for software installation and logging
