Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Lean Production Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Act as an expert and coach in developing and implementing the customer’s LEAN production system
• Drive the development of value flows to meet strategic goals, KPIs, and operational targets
• Apply problem-solving methodologies and analytical thinking to drive both daily and long-term improvements
• Lead and execute projects and kaizen events as needed
• Support and influence leaders and employees in continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development of processes, methods, and LEAN systems alongside colleagues
• Educate and train employees in LEAN principles to build a culture of continuous improvement

What you bring

• Proven experience with LEAN methodology and implementation of LEAN-based production systems
• Knowledge of supply chain, quality management, and production processes
• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Advantageous: university education in a relevant field
• Advantageous: experience in leading and coaching at various organizational levels
• Advantageous: project management experience and knowledge of products and technology
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Personal drive, problem-solving capability, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Leadership qualities to support daily operations and improvement initiatives
