Are you passionate about driving digital transformation through master data management? Join Volvo Group as a Digital Product Owner and take full ownership of MDHub — our critical Master Data Management (MDM) solution supporting Volvo Construction Equipment. In this role, you will lead the ongoing evolution and delivery of MDHub, ensuring it meets the needs of a complex and rapidly changing digital ecosystem.

About MDHub

MDHub is a key Master Data Management application within Volvo Group, dedicated to managing and distributing vital master data such as customers, dealers, and related entities across multiple business systems. It plays an essential role in maintaining data consistency, quality, and availability, supporting business-critical processes worldwide.

What you will do

• Lead and Own: Drive the end-to-end planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of MDHub’s features, integrations, and services.
• Prioritize & Align: Manage priorities and timelines effectively across multiple agile teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination between business stakeholders, IT, and external suppliers.
• Translate & Collaborate: Turn complex business requirements into clear, actionable development tasks and ensure alignment between technical teams and business needs.
• Manage Dependencies: Oversee dependencies, resources, and risks to ensure smooth delivery across a complex ecosystem.
• Support Modernization: Play an active role in modernization initiatives, including outsourcing, integration analysis, and team upskilling efforts.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner, Project Manager, or Program Manager, ideally in data management or integration-heavy environments.
• Hands-on experience working in agile delivery setups and familiarity with corporate IT governance frameworks.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills to effectively bridge business and IT.
• Solid technical understanding of master data management, integration technologies, or system architecture is highly advantageous.
• A proactive and independent mindset with the ability to drive initiatives forward while fostering collaboration.
