Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Development Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering-based projects.
• Prepare designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans for new infrastructure, equipment, or facilities.
• Monitor project progress and performance, taking proactive action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Identify, develop, and gather the necessary resources to complete the project successfully.
• Prepare engineering standards, designs, and work specifications.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
• Manage projects or subprojects with limited complexity from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks are controlled.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
• Solve difficult and complex project problems independently with limited supervision.

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product development project management or engineering projects.
• Advanced knowledge in project planning, execution, and control, typically obtained through education and work experience.
• Full responsibility for delivering on agreed project objectives, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex challenges.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills to guide less experienced professionals.
• Certification in project management is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
