Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Solution Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead the development of technical solutions aligned with Penta business objectives.
• Drive requirement gathering, translating business needs into actionable and innovative solutions.
• Serve as a strategic connector, leveraging internal and external networks to stay ahead of market trends and influence future directions.
• Mentor and educate team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Represent TD/BA externally, articulating links between your domain and broader industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working within the organization.

What you bring

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in technical or business leadership roles.
• Proven experience in solution leadership, project development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex needs into innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to mentor and develop others.
• Skilled in networking and collaboration, capable of building trust and driving alignment across diverse teams.
• Experience in the marine or industrial sectors is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate trends and influence future directions.
