Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Design intuitive, scalable digital tools that support co-workers in implementing the retail concept across all customer touchpoints.
• Translate user needs and business goals into actionable solutions that improve the in-store experience and operational efficiency.
• Simplify complex workflows by understanding the Retail Review process and creating user-friendly experiences.
• Conduct usability testing alongside user researchers to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Digital Product Leaders, Software Engineers, and Retail Review experts to align design with objectives.
• Iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, continuously enhancing the product experience.
• Contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement through collaboration and feedback.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with confidence in applying user-centered design principles.
• Strong empathy and curiosity for understanding co-worker needs and challenges.
• Clear communication skills to advocate for users and support informed design decisions.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and using design systems to create simple, elegant user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro.
• Openness to feedback and commitment to collaboration and shared learning.
• Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive, scalable digital solutions.
