Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Develop embedded software for the complete thermal management system, including Coolant and Refrigerant loops for ICE, BEV, and Fuel Cell vehicles.
• Plan and execute work according to agile SAFE principles in collaboration with your team.
• Implement new feature/function growth while maintaining and improving existing systems on the market.
• Collaborate closely with surrounding teams, including EMOB, testing facilities, workshops, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Perform calibration, tuning, functional verification, and system-level testing of thermal management controllers.
• Contribute to technical concepts and solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Document work, analyze results, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

What you bring

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in embedded software development.
• Knowledge of control strategy development and software verification.
• Experience with functional verification, system tuning, and calibration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured, effective working methods.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global environment.
• Open mindset to learn, grow, and share knowledge with others.

Meritorious Skills

• C or CE Truck Driving License.
• Knowledge of automotive thermal management systems.
• Experience in SIL/MIL/HIL testing.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, TargetLink, Jenkins, Embedded Coder, C, C++, Python.
• Experience planning, performing, and analyzing rig or vehicle tests.
