Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Certification Test Lead (Automotive) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead and execute end-to-end certification testing for a new automotive platform
• Ensure full compliance of Digital Key functionality (Phone, Keyfob, NFC card) for first production vehicle
• Develop and manage detailed certification and validation plans
• Coordinate certification activities with external partners such as DEKRA and Thatcham, as well as internal engineering teams
• Conduct hands-on vehicle testing and maintain accurate documentation of test results
• Drive collaboration and certification alignment with OEM partners including Apple, Google and Samsung
• Provide clear reporting to development and program management teams on certification status, risks and mitigations
• Lead verification activities across component, system and functional levels

What you bring

• Proven experience in project or test leadership roles within automotive or related industries
• Background in compliance, homologation or legal certification processes (preferred)
• Previous experience with testing environments and methods (advantage)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work hands-on with test vehicles and tools
• Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish language skills are a plus
• Driver’s license (Category B) required
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong technical curiosity

Key Deliverables

• Certification sign-offs for UN-116, UN-155 and Thatcham requirements
• OEM certification approvals including Apple MFi, Google and Samsung (via DEKRA)
