The Role

As a Project Manager at CCG Company, you will lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will own the project lifecycle while ensuring stakeholders are engaged and risks are managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional teams (consultants, subject-matter experts, external partners) to execute the plan.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues/risks, implement mitigation actions, and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain clear communications with clients and stakeholders: status reports, meetings, and escalations.
• Manage change control and ensure scope, cost, and timeline remain aligned to the business case.
• Support continuous improvement: capture lessons learned, refine processes, and contribute to CCG’s project-management methodology.
• Contribute to business development, assist in proposals, client presentations, and opportunity identification.

About You

• Proven experience (typically 3-7+ years) in project management, preferably within consultancy or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with complexity, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.
• Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication: able to engage senior stakeholders, translate technical/strategic ideas into actionable plans.
• Skilled in project-management tools and methods (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent; Agile/Scrum understanding is a plus).
• A degree in business, management, engineering, sustainability, information systems, or a related field. Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset: you thrive on solving problems, adapting to change, and delivering high-impact results.
• Passion for consultancy, client service, and making a positive difference.
