Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of backend architectures for complex processing systems.
• Guide and support development teams in architectural decisions aligned with a defined target architecture.
• Drive the modernization and migration of legacy systems to microservice-based architectures following Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Collaborate closely with architects and developers to ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and performance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentorship, and technical guidance within and across teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, technical discussions, and evaluation of design approaches.
• Ensure architectural compliance with best practices, standards, and long-term organizational goals.

What you bring

• Extensive professional experience (9–12+ years) as a Software Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality architectural solutions in complex software environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of architectural direction and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in Microservices, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architectures.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka and related event-streaming platforms.
• Experience working within or for public sector authorities (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Broad technical expertise and the ability to work across multiple technologies and platforms
