Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineering Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Lead and coordinate the design team to ensure high-quality deliveries within agreed timelines.
• Analyse and break down requirements to create balanced, manufacturable, and cost-efficient product solutions.
• Identify resource needs to secure efficient execution of assignments.
• Plan, document, and follow up verification and certification activities for the product.
• Conduct technical reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive design changes, repair proposals, and the creation of technical manuals.
• Manage deviations from manufacturing, suppliers, and in-service operations.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Contribute to departmental goals, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

What you bring

• Engineering degree (BSc or equivalent).
• Proven experience in leading teams or managing projects within engineering or product development.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating across functions, with customers, and with suppliers.
• Ability to take responsibility, inspire others, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
• Solid understanding of technical requirements, manufacturability considerations, and cost-driven product development.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Swedish and English
