Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Requirement Engineer – Vehicle Architecture to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Strengthen and develop requirement management practices, including tools and ways of working within Vehicle Architecture.
• Collect and organize stakeholder needs and translate performance targets into clear, structured requirements from early studies to late design phases.
• Define, balance and review transport system requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Report requirement status on vehicle level and secure fulfilment for prioritized feature and attribute areas.
• Act as the bridge between project requesters and solution-delivering teams to ensure clarity, alignment and efficient execution.
• Interact and collaborate with teams across multiple global sites to harmonize and drive requirement work.
• Contribute to selecting the best product concepts by driving requirement alignment, balancing trade-offs and optimizing customer value.

What you bring

• At least 10 years of experience working with requirements, features or attributes in product development.
• Strong understanding of requirement definition, structuring and verification processes across product development phases.
• Experience translating performance targets into actionable and measurable requirements.
• Truck product knowledge and familiarity with internal systems and requirement documentation tools (strong advantage).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across global sites.
• Ability to build networks, engage stakeholders and maintain alignment between requesters and engineering teams.
• Goal-oriented mindset, with interest in learning, developing and supporting others.
