Assignment Description

We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Perform studies, analyses, and optimizations of system dynamic performance for HVDC deliveries.
• Support multiple stages of the HVDC project lifecycle, including marketing, tendering, and execution phases.
• Contribute to system studies related to AC network interaction, system stability, and overall HVDC system behavior.
• Collaborate with specialists across various engineering disciplines to support project and tender deliveries.
• Prepare technical documentation, study reports, and engineering analyses to support decision-making.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives related to tools, methods, and processes within system performance engineering.

What you bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems, engineering physics, or a related field.
• Interest or experience in power system studies; both junior and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Familiarity with tools such as PSCAD/EMTDC, PSSE, PowerFactory, MATLAB, and/or ETAP.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative in solving technical challenges.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary and international work environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Swedish language skills are a plus
