Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Design and develop frontend solutions for a new digital product within Retail Concept Operations
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development as well as solution architecture in a cross-functional product team
• Continue solution design and software development for the Retail Concept Description Review Tool
• Build and evolve an MVP together with the product team for evaluation by key users and stakeholders
• Develop user-centric, mobile-first and desktop-adapted interfaces aligned with digital standards
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions
• Implement secure, scalable, and accessible web applications in an omnichannel retail environment
• Work with modern CI/CD workflows and cloud-based deployment using Azure Static Web Apps
• Ensure high standards for accessibility (WCAG), information security, and data privacy
• Support integration with CMS solutions, RBAC, authentication, and authorization flows (SSO)

What you bring

• Strong experience with JavaScript and React
• Solid knowledge of CSS, SASS, and Styled Components
• Experience with state management patterns and libraries
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS solutions
• Good understanding of GraphQL and API-driven architectures
• Experience with micro frontend architectures
• Familiarity with RBAC, authentication, and authorization flows
• Experience working with Git and Git Bash in collaborative environments
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest and Vitest
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and modern frontend deployment practices
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Awareness of information security and data privacy principles
• Ability to work from design tools such as Figma
• Strong understanding of the modern web landscape
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the willingness to adapt solutions to end-user needs
