Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Take a key role in modernising and digitising ways of working in physical stores through a strategic digital product ecosystem
- Own and evolve a digital product landscape used daily by a large number of store employees
- Replace manual and paper-based processes with efficient web and handheld solutions to streamline store operations
- Act as overall Product Manager for the product area while serving as Product Owner for a small, cross-functional development team
- Lead the development and rollout of a new member-oriented application
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap from concept through delivery and large-scale rollout
- Prioritise and manage a value-driven product backlog aligned with business goals
- Work in a scaled agile environment and collaborate closely with architecture, platform, and development teams
- Manage dependencies, architectural constraints, and integrations with business systems and central master data platforms
- Engage in continuous dialogue with operational store organisations and senior stakeholders
- Ensure high adoption, usability, and operational value across distributed store environments
What you bring
- At least five years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Program Manager in larger organisations
- Proven experience leading digital products from strategy through delivery and implementation
- Experience working in scaled agile frameworks, preferably SAFe
- Strong ability to prioritise, structure, and drive a value-based backlog
- Experience working with business-critical user groups with high daily usage, such as retail, logistics, or workforce solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and operational teams
- Experience managing technical dependencies, platform constraints, and architectural requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in digital transformation or large-scale modernisation initiatives, preferably within retail
- Familiarity with complex retail platforms such as SAP S/4, CAR, POS, inventory, and pricing systems
- Experience working with cloud-based environments, preferably Azure, including identity and access management
- Experience with large-scale application and device rollouts, including handheld devices and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of integration-heavy and event-driven architectures
- Experience in change management, onboarding, training, and driving user adoption in distributed organisations
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights, metrics, and user behaviour analytics
- Experience coordinating deliveries involving multiple suppliers and external development teams
- Relevant certifications in SAFe, product management, or agile leadership
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, release governance, and modern UX principle
