As Marketing Producer – Team Lead, you’ll manage a small team within our Marketing Creative Hub and lead the production of marketing campaigns across channels. You’ll report to the Marketing Producer - Production Lead and work closely with creative leads, marketing, and brand teams to ensure all creative is delivered to a high standard, on time, and optimised for its intended platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in social media or performance marketing, combined with creative production experience, who has managed a small team or is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. You’ll balance people management with hands-on production, ensuring your team delivers impactful campaigns that connect with audiences worldwide.

What you’ll be doing

x Manage and mentor a small team while leading project teams in production

x Oversee campaign production from brief to delivery, ensuring work is on-brand, on-time, and optimised for its channel

x Work closely with creative leads to ensure execution aligns with creative concepts and performance goals

x Plan and manage production schedules, budgets, and resources for assigned projects

x Collaborate with marketing, brand, and other producers to align creative with business objectives

x Use your understanding of marketing channels, including social and other digital marketing channels, to inform production planning and ensure assets are optimised for each channel

x Review performance data and use insights to improve creative output and production processes

Is this you?

You’re an experienced marketing producer who thrives on balancing creativity with organisation. You’ve worked in social media or performance marketing and know how to deliver creative that works across channels.

You’ve managed a small team or mentored others, and you’re ready to continue developing as a leader while staying close to the production process. You enjoy working with creatives and marketers alike, keeping projects moving while protecting the quality of the final output.

You’re a strong collaborator, clear communicator, and problem solver who can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the big picture or the details.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You’ll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you need to be fluent in English.
