Own the experience that defines how our customers interact with us.

You’ll own our digital customer portal — the platform where our B2B customers manage their services, track usage, handle invoices, and connect directly with our teams. It’s where the entire customer relationship comes together — and where your decisions will shape how thousands of customers experience us every day.

What You’ll Do

You’ll set the direction, roadmap, and priorities for the customer portal, making sure we focus on what truly matters — to customers and to the business.

Your work will start with listening: to customer feedback, usage data, and improvement ideas that come from across the organization. You’ll translate those insights into clear, actionable priorities and balance them against business expectations, technical feasibility, and resource realities.

You’ll be close to the development team, driving delivery in agile sprints while keeping a sharp eye on outcomes, not just output. You’ll also manage a wide set of stakeholders — aligning needs, pushing back when needed, and creating shared understanding of what success looks like.

Major projects ahead include preparing and leading portal rollouts in Germany and Denmark, aligning business cases, and securing successful launches together with our local teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, goals, and roadmap for the customer portal.
  • Gather, structure, and prioritize customer feedback and translate it into clear user stories.
  • Balance customer input with stakeholder expectations and resource constraints, ensuring focus on what creates the most value.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, QA, and architecture to deliver solutions that work in practice.
  • Own and refine the backlog, making data-driven decisions on priorities.
  • Follow up on performance, adoption, and satisfaction metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support new market launches, securing alignment and readiness across teams.

What You Bring

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within IT or digital product development.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in both agile and waterfall

environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills — from operational teams to C-level.
  • Hands-on experience with roadmapping, backlog ownership, and prioritization using Jira or Confluence.
  • Confidence in facilitating discussions and presenting ideas clearly, supported by strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with UX or Figma.
  • Background in B2B portals, SaaS, or digital service platforms.

The team

You’ll join a tight and collaborative product team — five developers, a data analyst, another product owner, an acceptance test lead, and a rollout project manager. The team works agile, moves fast, and values clear priorities over noise. You’ll have real ownership — space to shape the roadmap, define priorities, and turn insights into impact.
