Technical Product Owner at Sellpy

Behind every delivery at Sellpy lies a network of systems. As we continue to grow across Europe, we’re now expanding our team with a Technical Product Owner dedicated to Fulfillment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Operations and Engineering teams to drive the development of our fulfillment systems. You’ll turn insights, opportunities and operational needs into technical solutions that help us scale efficiently and deliver a smooth experience for our customers.

In short, you will

• In close collaboration with our operations team own and drive the roadmap for Sellpy’s fulfillment systems
• Translate operational and commercial needs into clear technical solutions with measurable impact
• Work hands-on with SQL, scripting and system exploration to understand how subsystems interact
• Collaborate closely with engineers & stakeholders to design and ship technical improvements
• Lead investigations and decisions on how we scale logistics across warehouses, carriers and automation
• Analyse impact post-release and iterate based on outcomes

Requirements

• An MSc degree within science, engineering, technology, mathematics or a closely related technical field
• At least 4 years of experience in product management with a strong technical scope
• Solid SQL skills, including writing your own queries to understand systems, logic and data flows
• Hands-on scripting experience in Python or JavaScript
• Experience working with APIs, including understanding how integrations are designed and documented
• Strong systems thinking, with an understanding of how subsystems interact and influence key logistics KPIs
• Fluent English, spoken and written (our company language)

We’d be impressed if you have

• Experience working with logistics, fulfillment or e-commerce platforms
• Experience with high-volume or high-complexity internal systems

Location: You are welcome to do all these things at our office at Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm, in Rosersberg and from home.

Hybrid work: We see a lot of value in being on-site together, especially when working closely with Operations and Engineering. While we offer flexibility, this role requires at least one day per week in Rosersberg and occasional travel to our fulfillment site in Poland.

Form of employment: Full-time, permanent position (including a probationary period)
