About the Role

You will lead a business-critical ERP replacement in an environment where sales, supply chain and finance are closely connected. The initiative has broad stakeholder impact, several process dependencies and a clear need for strong coordination between business functions and IT. You will take a central role in creating structure, building momentum and moving the implementation forward from planning through execution. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy leading complex transformation work with real impact across both business and technology.

Job Description

• You lead and coordinate the ERP replacement project across sales, supply chain, finance and IT delivery teams.
• You establish and maintain the overall project plan, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, decision points and resource needs.
• You drive scope clarification and make sure business requirements, process impacts and technical dependencies are understood and documented.
• You coordinate solution analysis and decision preparation together with business representatives, solution architects, process owners and vendors.
• You manage project risks, issues and dependencies proactively, including escalation to steering groups or senior stakeholders when needed.
• You ensure structured governance, reporting and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• You plan and follow up on implementation, testing, data migration, integration, cutover and stabilization activities.
• You drive the project toward agreed outcomes while balancing business continuity, quality, cost and timeline considerations.

Requirements

• You have proven experience as an IT Project Manager for complex business transformation or system replacement projects.
• You have a good understanding of business processes in sales, supply chain and finance, and how these are supported by ERP systems.
• You have experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, integrations and cross-functional dependencies.
• You have the ability to structure and drive work in areas such as requirements, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover planning and operational readiness.
• You bring strong project governance skills, including planning, reporting, risk management, issue management and stakeholder escalation.
• You are comfortable working in English.

Nice to have

• You have experience from ERP implementation, ERP replacement or ERP transition assignments.
