Do you want to turn data into insights that truly drive business decisions? We are looking for a Chief Product Owner within Analytics & Insights to lead the delivery of business-critical data products across Enterprise BI (3POD) and Forecasting teams.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business, data, and technology - transforming data from our platform into actionable insights, dashboards, and forecasts used by senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Success in this role means making data a natural part of day-to-day decision-making across the organization. You will deliver high-quality insights and reliable forecasts, respond to evolving business needs, and build strong stakeholder trust enabling better, faster, and more informed decisions.

This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced environment, and a unique opportunity to shape how analytics and insights are consumed across the organization. You’ll combine strong product thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to turn complex data into real business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Leadership – Own the Analytics & Insights Vision

• Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for BI and forecasting products
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable data solutions
• Continuously improve the quality, usability, and relevance of outputs
• Influence standards for data modeling, reporting, and forecasting
• Balance speed, quality, and sustainability based on business needs

2. Agile & Stakeholder Leadership – Drive Flow and Alignment

• Partner closely with stakeholders across functions
• Handle high-priority requests and escalations with clarity and pace
• Communicate options, trade-offs, and timelines to create alignment
• Build strong relationships through a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
• Help stakeholders understand both possibilities and constraints

3. People Leadership – Build High-Performing Teams

• Lead teams across:
  • Data modeling
  • Power BI / reporting
  • Data science & machine learning
• Foster a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and business understanding
• Enable teams to confidently engage with stakeholders
• Support teams in dynamic, fast-changing environments

What You Will Drive (Key Outcomes)

• High-quality, relevant dashboards and reports supporting business decisions
• Reliable and explainable forecasts for planning and analysis
• Strong stakeholder trust and collaboration
• Timely response to high-priority business needs
• Clear alignment between our platform capabilities and business consumption

Must-haves

• Proven experience leading BI, analytics, or data teams
• Strong experience working with senior business stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Experience delivering dashboards (e.g., Power BI), data models, and forecasting/analytical solutions
• Solid understanding of data modeling and analytics workflows
• Experience managing multiple agile teams
• Proven people leadership experience

Nice-to-have

• Experience with machine learning and forecasting models
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP
• Background in finance, logistics, or other data-driven domains
