Job Overview

Role Summary

Our client is seeking an operational and solution-oriented Project Manager to support the continued development and improvement of its digital sales channels. The assignment focuses on coordinating ongoing e-commerce development, translating business needs into actionable initiatives, and ensuring that enhancements and new functionality are implemented and followed up effectively.

This is a hands-on role with extensive collaboration across business stakeholders, internal development teams, and external partners. The Project Manager will coordinate several parallel activities, address delivery challenges, and maintain momentum across the e-commerce development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive ongoing e-commerce development initiatives and improvements.
• Gather requests, requirements, and operational needs from business stakeholders.
• Translate identified needs into concrete, structured, and actionable activities.
• Coordinate delivery across the business, internal development teams, and external partners.
• Ensure that improvements and new functionality are implemented, monitored, and followed up.
• Manage multiple concurrent activities and resolve issues that could affect delivery progress.
• Maintain clear ownership, coordination, and forward momentum throughout the development process.

• Practical experience coordinating digital development or e-commerce initiatives.
• Competence in project management, requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and delivery coordination.
• Ability to work effectively with internal software development teams and external delivery partners.
